By accessing and using the NexTrans Logistics website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
NexTrans Logistics provides freight transportation, shipping coordination, and logistics services including but not limited to:
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, distance, and any additional services required. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
Pickup and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing. NexTrans is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipper is responsible for ensuring all goods are properly packaged for transport. NexTrans is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging. We reserve the right to refuse shipments that are improperly packaged.
The following items are prohibited from shipment:
NexTrans liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to $0.50 per pound per article unless additional coverage is purchased. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery date or expected delivery date.
To file a claim, you must:
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless credit terms have been established. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. NexTrans reserves the right to hold shipments for non-payment.
Shipments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted rate.
Basic carrier liability is included with all shipments. Additional cargo insurance is available for purchase. We strongly recommend purchasing additional coverage for high-value shipments.
NexTrans shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexTrans Logistics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable federal transportation regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
NexTrans reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
